The Company has activated the following reporting channel in accordance with the Whistleblowing Decree, which allows the submission of written reports electronically through a specific platform adopted by Benelli Armi. This channel ensures the confidentiality of the Whistleblower’s identity, the Involved Person, and any individuals mentioned in the Report, as well as the content of the Report and the related documentation, even through encryption tools.

The whistleblowing reporting channel is NOT intended to collect requests and inquiries of a commercial nature. For any issues that fall outside of whistleblowing, it is necessary to use the other channels provided by Benelli Armi S.p.A.
